Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing period. While we do not offer refunds for membership dues that have already been charged, you’ll continue to have full access to Base and its experiences until the end of the period.
Alternatively, you can pause your membership. Please let us know how long you would like to be paused for. You will not be charged during your pause, while you are away.
