No-shows are taken very seriously.
No-shows negatively affects the experience for others and is contrary to our community values.
That said, we understand that life happens. If you need to cancel your attendance for an event, let us know ASAP at [email protected] or by marking yourself as "unable to attend" in the Base app. Please note that cancellations less than 72 hours before your event are not eligible for a refund.
If you no-show without warning to 1 or 2 Base events, you will receive a call from the Member Success team.
If you no-show to more than 3 Base events without warning, your membership could be terminated.
