The Base Code
II. Question Everything
Real independence comes from asking hard questions, even of your own beliefs. Be open to change and new ideas. Don’t follow the crowd—let curiosity guide you. Seek out different opinions and tough conversations. True growth happens when you challenge what you think you know, not when you settle for easy answers.
II. Business Second
We’re not here to impress or sell. The real goal is to build trust—everything else follows from that. Start by sharing your true story, without trying to make it sound perfect. Relationships built on honesty last; those based on transactions fade quickly. Focus on connection, not the quick win.
III. Be More Interesting
You are more than your achievements. What really matters are the lessons and stories behind them. Share clear, thoughtful ideas that add value to the conversation. Make sure your presence lifts the room. If you don’t have something meaningful to offer, it’s okay to hold back.
IV. You Must Contribute
To be part of this, you need to give something—whether it’s your ideas, time, or energy. Mutual effort is the key to real relationships. If you’re not ready to contribute, this isn’t the place for you. Giving is a core part of belonging here.
