At Base, our members' safety and well-being are paramount to us.
We adhere to the follow policies in the event of severe weather conditions:
Cancellation Protocol:
Weather Watch: During a watch, we closely monitor updates and prepare for potential changes. We will keep members informed about potential changes to any events, but assume events are still going ahead as planned.
Weather Warning: In the event of a weather warning, all events in the affected area will be canceled and refunds issued. Events outside of the scope will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Communication:
We will communicate any updates or changes to our events promptly via email, text message, or both.

Refunds and Rescheduling:
In the event of a canceled event due to severe weather, refunds will be issued to all affected members.
We will make every effort to reschedule the event for a later date, giving members an opportunity to attend in the future.
