Can I cancel attending an experience?

Canceling and Rescheduling Base Experiences

We understand that plans can change, and sometimes life gets in the way. If you’re unable to attend a Base Experience, we’re here to help make the process as smooth as possible. You can cancel a Base Circle or Explore right in-app if it's more than 72 hours before an event. Less than 72 hours before an event, to cancel or reschedule, simply email us at [email protected] or use your in-app messenger to get in touch with our team. Here’s how our cancellation policy works:

  • Notice given 3+ days before the Experience: You’ll receive a full refund to the original credit card used.

  • Notice given less than 3 days before the Experience: Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer a credit or refund due to the short notice. However, we will mark you down as a last minute cancellation so that you are not penalized as a no-show.

We carefully plan each curated event around every attendee. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows affect our partner venues, chefs, and fellow members.
