Canceling and Rescheduling Base Events
We understand that plans can change, and sometimes life gets in the way.
You can cancel a Base Circle or Experience directly in-app for a full refund if it's more than 72 hours before an event.
Less than 72 hours before an event you can still cancel your booking in the app, but you will not be eligible for a refund.

Here’s how our cancellation policy works:
Notice given 3+ days before the event: You’ll receive a full refund to the original credit card used.
Notice given less than 3 days before the event: Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer a refund due to the short notice. However, we will mark you down as a last minute cancellation so that you are not penalized as a no-show.
