Pausing your membership in the app will begin the pause immediately. Be sure you're ready to start the pause before selecting your end date.
If you decide to pause during an active membership period, you will not be charged again your pause has ended. While we do not issue refunds for membership dues already charged, this ensures you receive full access to your remaining time.
Base will send you an email reminder prior to the end of your pause period. This reminder helps you prepare for the reactivation of your membership. If you need to extend the pause, you can do so at this time by updating your request.
