Why do I need a secret code to log into the app?

In order to verify your account, we send a secret code to the email or phone number on file that members can use to access the app.

If you have problems receiving the secret code, please try the following:

  • Confirm that the email you’re using to log in is the same as the email where you received the membership invite. No other email address will work.

  • Check your Spam / Junk mail for the secret code email.

  • Try requesting the code via SMS text message instead of email.

If you're still not able to receive your secret code, or you receive an error telling you the Secret Code is not valid, please send an email to [email protected] for assistance. If possible, include a screenshot of the error message you're receiving.
